Opera . . . in a pub? You heard right! Due to overwhelming demand, we've added a relaxed Sunday arvo in the pub - Opera Bites style!
Opera Bites has partnered with The Harold in Glebe to bring you the world’s favourite opera highlights in the relaxed environs of a great local pub. This historic pub was actually our first ever Opera in the Pub venue, way back in 2010! It’s now under new management, freshly refurbished and better than ever.
Tickets include a 90-minute, fully costumed show, upstairs at The Harold. Show starts at 2.00 pm.
Fabulous food and drinks are available for separate purchase at the venue. All day kitchen open for pre-, mid- or post-show dining.

The History of Opera - in just 90-minutes!
Come on a dynamic time-travelling odyssey with Opera Bites. Join us as we travel through the history of Opera in its entirety from 1600 to the present day - in just 90 minutes! Expect to hear your favourites, un-earth some new ones, come across familiar composers and strangers, laugh, cry and learn! Fully costumed and served up in typical Opera Bites style.
Early bookings are highly recommended as our Opera in the Pub events are popular!

$45 (+ booking fee)
Tickets include 90-minute, fully costumed show. Food and beverages available for purchase separately at the venue before, during and after the show. Kitchen open all day.
